Hi there, I’m Bobby Kamani, an entrepreneur, equestrian, and seasoned hotelier based in Nairobi, Kenya.

As the Managing Director of Zuri Group Global, I oversee the Group’s diverse portfolio of businesses in the hospitality and floriculture sectors across Kenya, India, and England. These include renowned establishments such as Diani Reef Beach Resort & Spa, and Primarosa Flowers in Kenya; The Liner Hotel in Liverpool, England; The Zuri Kumarakom Kerala Resort & Spa, The Zuri Whitefield in Bengaluru and The Zuri White Sands in Goa – India. My entrepreneurial drive has been pivotal in propelling these companies to the forefront of their respective industries.

Throughout my rewarding career in the hospitality sector, I’ve garnered a stellar reputation for my ability to make critical strategic decisions that directly impact the reputation and profitability of the deluxe, five-star resorts under my management. I have the instinct to identify new business opportunities, whether it involves profitable sales of group properties or investment in organisational change initiatives. By leveraging my exceptional communication and negotiation skills, I overcome initial resistance to change at the highest levels. International assignments have facilitated the development of an extensive network of contacts within India, the Middle East, and Africa, emphasising the importance of maintaining strong working relationships both internally and externally.

In addition to my private sector engagements, I take pride in my role as Director of the Kenya Tourism Board, where I actively promote Kenya as a premier travel destination and support the growth of the tourism industry. Contributing to the economic development of my homeland in this capacity is an immense honor.

Beyond my professional pursuits, I indulge in my passion for polo and horse riding as a means to stay active, clear my mind, and connect with nature.
